Every appliance you buy from us is backed by 1 year of warranty coverage at no extra cost. GE and GE Profile units are covered by the original GE Appliances limited manufacturer warranty β secured through the Appliances 4 Less dealer agreement with GE, and we provide your purchase receipt at checkout so the warranty is fully honored. All other brands receive a complimentary 1-year OnPoint third-party warranty included by us. Both paths cover parts, service, and labor on manufacturing defects.
How Our Warranty Works
Two phases of coverage
Store-Backed Support
Within 30 days after installation, if any functional quality issues arise, our team will send a technician to repair your appliance at no charge β regardless of brand.
Factory or OnPoint Takes Over
After 30 days, claims on GE and GE Profile units are handled by GE Appliances under the original manufacturer warranty β just use the purchase receipt we issued. For all other brands, OnPoint Warranty Services handles repairs β covering parts, service, and labor.

Important Information
- GE and GE Profile open-box units are sold AS-IS for cosmetic condition β the store does not warrant cosmetic flaws, missing accessories, display wear, or post-shipping issues not noted at delivery. Functional manufacturing defects remain fully covered under the GE original manufacturer warranty.
- GE and GE Profile coverage is secured through Appliances 4 Less' dealer agreement with GE Appliances. We provide your purchase receipt at checkout β keep it for warranty registration and any future service request.
- For all other brands, we include a complimentary 1-year OnPoint third-party warranty at no extra cost β our staff registers it in-store. Extended plans (3-year or 5-year, from $99) for any brand are offered by OnPoint Insurance Technology and Warranty Services.
- For claims: contact GE Appliances customer service for GE / GE Profile units, or OnPoint at (877) 594-3297 for all other brands and extended plans. Our store is happy to assist with communication and registration.
