l Do you accept walk-in?
Yes, no appointment needed. We open 7 days a week.
l What types of payment you accept in store?
We accept: cash, debit/credit card(Visa/Mastercard/Amex), Zelle and our finance partner(Snap, Koalafi, Acima and Kafene).
l Do you sell commercial appliances?
Sorry we don’t. Home appliances only.
l I’m a property manager/real estate agent/builder, can I buy home appliance for my property?
Yes of course! Please visit our store, we have new inventory come in every week. All cheaper than big retailer.
l I’m elder and unable to go to your store, can I make a purchase online?
Please contact our sales by calling us and we will arrange payment method for you.
l Do you sell repair parts for washer/refrigerator?
No. We are a home appliances store. We don’t sell repair parts of anykind. Please visit other places to purchase repair parts.
l Do you repair home appliances?
Only for our customers who purchased home appliances from us in the past 30 days.
l Do you buy used appliances?
No, we don’t. However, we can remove your old appliances for a small fee when you purchase appliances for us.

l How does the warranty work?
First 30 days of installation: we (the store) will repair it for you for free* within 48-Hour.
After 30 days of installation up to warranty period on your warranty card: CPS Warranty will provide warranty service, subject to $99 for each service call. Please contact CPS if you need to schedule a service appointment.
*We will repair it for free if we’ve determined the fault is on us. This rarely happen as we tested all unit before we put them in our storefront.
